Talk with the experts before the charter
We send you a preference folder with a detailed meal and wine questionnaire either for each individual guest or for the group. Our chefs will design a menu taking into account these requests; our sommelier will make the wine suggestions. You may also indicate on the form the date and time you would like our cruise manager or chef to call you in order to
discuss various details or alternatively appoint a date that you wish to visit, in person, and talk with the crew directly.
Rest assured that your guests will be amazed by the culinary masterpieces that our chefs create. If required there could be a maitre d’ hotel manager available to answer any question and organize the function in cooperation with you.
